INTEREST RATES REMAIN LOW!

Did you know that on a $50,000, 30 year loan, a 1% interest rate hike can raise your proposed payment $32.88 a month!?!  That=s an increased cost of  almost $400 a year and almost $12,000 over the life of the loan!

 

Not only is there the issue of a higher payment, but qualifying for the loan to begin with gets harder as rates go up.  The higher the rate, the less loan (and house) you qualify for!
